Sprite sheets

There are some sprite sheets already in Student Share, but you can also find your own. It'll look something like this...

To create a new sprite – then instead of Load, go to Edit. Then go to File>Create from Strip... and choose the strip file.

Change the number of images to however many you want in the row, then also change the images per row (same number).

You'll see a little square in the top left corner – you can move this on top of the sprite (or first in a row) that you want to use.

You may have to change the size of the box so the entire sprite fits. You want it to be square (if it's bigger than you want, you can always scale it down later)

If you want an animated sprite, choose a row, move the square over the first image.

• Change the number of images and images per row.
• Change the width to make images even/fit.
